The best reference for a quality management system are the products of our company. To confirm this quality philosophy the BAUM lined piping GMBH has been tested and certified according to the following bodies of rules and regulations:
DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 describes strategic decisions of the top management as well as the process-oriented design and implementation of the quality management system.
Its core covers the following key topics:
- quality management system
- responsibility of the top management
- management of resources
- product design and implementation
- constant testing, analysing and improving.
The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 also covers some topics which are only partially included or not included at all in the other certificates such as: Process of developments, special needs in the purchasing process, control of customer oriented processes, measures of corrections and prevention, internal audits and training of employees
AD-data sheet HP 0
The AD-data sheet HP 0 defines the conditions for the appropriate manufacturing of goods according to the common rules for productions materials following the technical rules.
The technical rules cover:
- welding and productions equipment
- welding personnel and its survey
- testing equipment
- quality management personnel.
DIN EN ISO 3834-2
The DIN EN ISO 3834-2 is the interpreation of the ISO 9001 for the welding department. The rules define the framework for the:
- quality management
- review of contract and construction
- requirements of suppliers
- requirements of personnel and quality personnel
- definition of welding and testing procedures
- use and maintenance of factory equipment
- Kmarking and traceability of the goods and components
and it defines and checks the management of quality documentation.
Pressure Equipment Directive(DGRL, PED) 2014/68/EU
Category III Module D
We are an approved manufacturer according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (DGRL, PED) 2014/68/EU Category III Module D. The TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH (0036), as notified body, regularly checks our certification as specialist welding company.
Technical Instructions "Air" (TA-Luft VDI 2440/VDI 3479)
This examination checks the amount of mass molecules emissioned to the surrounding air under defined conditions. When the amount of molecules is within a nonritical range a certificate is issued. The Materialprüfanstalt (materials testing institution) of the University Stuttgart has issued the TA-Luft certificate for the lining produced by BAUM lined piping GmbH.
Confirmation of conformity regarding the suitability of products for drinking hygiene - P1
Certification program "D6 KTW-UBA from 2019-04-16-Rev03" of the certification body: "Kiwa GmbH, Gutenbergstr. 29, 48268 Greven". Assessment basis for plastics and other organic materials in contact with drinking water (KTW-BWGL).
Food Regulatory Declaration of Compliance
Upon request, we will prepare for our customers a Declaration of Compliance for plastic materials intended for use in the foodstuffs area.
With this declaration of compliance we certify that the plastic materials PTFE and PFA comply with the legal regulations, in the version currently in force:
- Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
- Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006
- Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011
on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
