We offer career starters a future-orientated education and good chances of a permanent position in our growing company. The training is in line with the overall apprenticeship curricula, the emphasis is on practical experience. Our experienced trainers will support you all the way.

Our apprentices participate in regular exchanges within the framework of the “BAUM Apprentice Talk”, where they also have the opportunity to get to know one another, and they will also spend time together during various excursions and events.
